How does early-access pricing work?
Everything is free while we are in early access. Founding teams lock in launch pricing when paid plans arrive — you will never be moved onto a higher tier without choosing it.
Do read-only people cost a seat?
Viewers who only need to look — auditors, executives, the person who checks one dashboard a week — are free on every plan. A seat is someone who edits.
What happens when we outgrow a plan?
Upgrade in place. Your boards, files and history stay exactly where they are — plans change what you can configure, never where your data lives.
Where is our data hosted?
In the EU (Frankfurt), on isolated per-tenant rows protected by database-level security policies. The security overview explains exactly how.
Can we import from monday.com or a spreadsheet?
CSV import is part of onboarding for every founding team — we map your columns to typed columns together, usually in under an hour.
